Growing up a dancer and cheerleader, Christina has always had an affinity for movement, in 2005 during a very difficult time in her life, in mist of transition, her mat became a place of refuge. It was there, on her mat, where she could be present and content with not knowing what the future might hold. By 2010, Christina had developed a ritual and daily asana practice, which lead her to complete her first teacher training in India in 2013. Christina has completed several training since then, including Advanced SmartFLOW 300hr with Annie Carpenter. Christina finds that true power and transformation of a physical practice comes from a strong foundation in the basics. She teaches a strong, intentional Vinyasa practice; based in functional alignment and anatomical truth.
